Most workouts you see online or on social media are not safe or beneficial for pregnant moms. A lot of teachings are causing women to have damaged pelvic floors, leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, and a host of other problems.
In this 6 week online Fit Pregnancy Boot Camp, you will learn extremely innovative techniques to help train & prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You will learn how to exercise throughout your pregnancy in a safe yet effective way…you will get sweaty! 🙂 This program is unique as we use a combination of belly breathing/pumping (core training) with functional movement, corrective exercise, mental imagery and labor training techniques to prepare you for your childbirth experience.
I emphasize the importance of “prevention” instead of “repair” when it comes to common pregnancy related issues (low back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor incontinece & prolapse). These issues don’t have to be the norm while pregnant or after pregnancy.
You will learn belly pumping core techniques; helping you to prevent or minimize abdominal separation (diastasis), decrease aches & pains associated with pregnancy, teach you how to effectively push during labor and help you heal quickly post birth. These techniques are also great if you are wanting a VBAC.
Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life that should be enjoyable. However, a woman’s rapidly changing pregnant body can manifest almost any ache or pain. Thankfully there is a solution that many mother’s have already discovered!
Did you know: Once pregnant, exercising during the first & second trimester is crucial as your placenta experiences the most growth during this time. The more you exercise & pump blood and oxygen to your placenta, the larger and healthier your placenta will become for the duration of your pregnancy. The healthier your placenta, the healthier your baby.
However, if you are in your 3rd Trimester, this boot camp will still be very beneficial for you!
