Most pregnant workouts you see online or on social media are not safe or beneficial for pregnant moms. A lot of teachings are causing women to have damaged pelvic floors, leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, and a host of other problems.
In this hour long class, you will learn how to have an easier pregnancy & birth, as well as how to keep your core and pelvic floor healthy.
I emphasize the importance of “prevention” instead of “repair” when it comes to common pregnancy related issues (low back pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor incontinece & prolapse). These issues don’t have to be the norm while pregnant or after pregnancy.
I will also be take questions at the end of class, so make sure to come prepared with your biggest questions you have.
